Happy Hormones 

I wanted to share with you how I have been able to support my hormones after having a baby and as I continue to live more of a chemical free lifestyle.

Even though it’s probably the hardest thing to get as a new mama, sleep is such a huge help for me and my emotions. Without it I’m an emotional roller coaster headed for derailment 😭 anyone relate to me?!

Here are the other things I have changed and added for support:

1. oils

3. removing toxins/lifestyle which includes clean eating

Our endocrine system is just a wee bit important. Support it well and you might find yourself feeling like a whole new woman! 💃🏻 I have a roller on mine and roll over my thyroid daily. Your endocrine system decides how you feel. If your hormones work correctly, you have energy. So it seems pretty important to give them what they need! Use this blend faithfully and see the results!


Last but not least…candida. I know when I’ve overdone it with foods and drinks that candida thrives with, making me feel extremely sluggish and foggy. Reducing and eliminating foods like:

+caffeine (oh how I do love thee but tend to over do it 😬)

I have also recently resumed my weekly workouts (blog post to come about what program I’m doing!) and I’m loving the feeling of using my body again for physical benefits like gaining muscle and losing fat! The endorphin release is fantastic too ! 😄

I hope this can help anyone out there struggling with hormones and energy levels because they are directly connected and make sure too that you are doing your best with CLEAN eating!!! That alone will wreck havoc on your system and leave you with nothing! ☠️🤒
